XCEL HJS is a high-performance, one-component MS Polymer joint sealant designed for construction and industrial use. It offers permanent elasticity, fast curing, and strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates including concrete, stone, brick, fiber cement, and tile. HJS is UV and weather resistant, VOC and HAPS-free, non-yellowing, and will not crack, peel, or shrink. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it performs in wet or dry conditions and meets ASTM C719 and C920 standards.
