We’ve engineered a complete solution—designed specifically for the needs of manufacturers, installers, and fabricators—with performance and cost-efficiency in mind. Our system consists of three core products, each developed to solve a specific problem:
Xcel UBS – Universal Bond and Seal
MS Polymer Window & Door Sealant
Forget the unpaintable silicone and the staining or shrinking of polyurethane. Xcel UBS is a high-performance, non-shrinking MS Polymer sealant with:
- Excellent UV, weather, and movement resistance
- Strong initial grab and permanent elasticity
- Zero shrinkage and bubble-free curing
- Full compliance with ASTM C920 and AAMA 802/805/808
Ideal for structural bonding and perimeter sealing during production or installation. UBS bonds to PVC, aluminum, wood, glass, and more—no primer needed.
Xcel EIF – Expanding Insulating Foam
High-Yield, Low-Expansion Polyurethane Foam
Built to seal and insulate around window and door frames with:
- Controlled expansion (90–130%) to prevent bowing or distortion
- Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties
- Compatibility with most substrates
- Up to 80% closed-cell structure for long-term durability
- Conforms to ASTM C1620 and UL Classified fire resistance
Xcel Butyl Flashing Tape
Self-Adhering Waterproof Membrane
Traditional tapes can fail due to poor cold-weather adhesion or incompatibility with sealants. Ours is different:
- High-tack butyl rubber with aggressive adhesion
- Cold-weather flexibility and low-temp application
- Compatible with our UBS sealant and most common substrates
- Meets or exceeds AAMA 711-13 performance standards
